People working in financial administration related tasks in listed
companies are often faced with complex challenges compared to working in
non-listed companies. In addition to domestic bookkeeping laws and
regulations, Companies Act in Finland and domestic tax legislation listed
companies need also take into account securities market legislation, rules of
stock exchange and possibly also the international IFRS- and US GAAP-
standards.
