Broman Group has acquired the shares in Pohjois-Karjalan Sähkö Oy owned by the Municipality of Kaavi. Pohjois-Karjalan Sähkö Oy's operations comprise power generation, electricity sales, electricity distribution, and network services. The acquiring company, Broman Yhtiöt Oy, is an internationalising family-owned business whose operations focus, among other things, on real estate management.
BDO acted as advisor to the Municipality of Kaavi throughout the entire sale process, providing both financial and legal advisory services.
