JENSEN-GROUP has acquired 100% of the shares in Oy Vestek Ab. Vestek has long served as the exclusive distributor of JENSEN solutions in Finland and, as of 28 February 2026, will continue its operations under the name JENSEN Finland. BDO acted as JENSEN-GROUP's financial and tax advisor in the transaction.
