Verdis has acquired MKO Ympäristöpalvelut Oy, a provider of commercial waste recycling services with the largest waste reception capacity in the Jyväskylä region. BDO acted as advisor to Mustankorkea Oy throughout the sale process, providing both financial and legal advisory services.
