Eficode Oy has acquired Avoset Oy, a Finnish family-owned company specializing in Atlassian tools and expert services.
Founded in 2010, Avoset is an Atlassian Platinum Solution Partner providing consulting services and license management for Atlassian products, with particularly strong expertise in cloud-based solutions. The company has demonstrated a strong growth track record, employs 20 Atlassian specialists, and generated revenue of EUR 9.7 million in 2022.
Eficode Oy is Europe's leading DevOps company, operating in ten countries and employing approximately 600 experts. Eficode is an Atlassian Specialized Partner across all Atlassian service areas and a Platinum Partner in nine countries. Through the acquisition, Eficode became by far the largest Atlassian partner in Finland and one of the largest globally.
BDO had worked with Avoset for several years and acted as the company's lead advisor throughout the sale process. The collaboration began in 2021, with BDO supporting Avoset's management in preparing for a future sale process and improving the company’s sale readiness.
