Laattapiste acquired Pukkila Oy Ab on 13 December 2022.
Pukkila Oy Ab is a Finnish company specializing in the marketing of ceramic tiles and has been part of the Italian Ricchetti Group since 1995. Pukkila generates annual revenue of approximately EUR 15 million and employs 37 people. The company operates stores in Raisio, Vantaa, Tampere, Oulu, and Kuopio, supported by a nationwide reseller network. Pukkila's headquarters are located in Raisio.
Founded in 1979, Laattapiste is a Finnish family-owned company that has grown from a small tile retailer into Finland's leading bathroom specialist chain over the past 40 years. The foundation for the company's growth was established by the parents of the current owner-managing brothers, Heikki and Ann-Marie Haru. Their guiding principle was always to put the customer first, and the company's driving force remains a commitment to delivering high-quality, long-lasting solutions. Laattapiste generates annual revenue of approximately EUR 43 million and employs 160 people.
