Vakka-Suomen Puhelin Oy (VSP), founded in 1896, is a well-established telecommunications company with a long history. Through a strong strategic focus, the company has evolved into a nationwide service provider offering customer service, IT, and telecommunications solutions. In addition, VSP provides fiber-based internet and TV services to consumer customers in Southwest Finland and Satakunta.
Both VSP and Call Waves Solutions Finland Oy are specialists in multichannel customer service, and both companies count several leading Finnish brands among their long-standing clients. Together, the companies employ approximately 550 people and generated pro forma revenue of around EUR 32 million in 2025. They operate across ten locations in Finland: Helsinki, Joensuu, Kuopio, Mikkeli, Pori, Porvoo, Rauma, Turku, Uusikaupunki, and Varkaus.

BDO acted as lead advisor to VSP in its acquisition of 100% of the shares in Call Waves Solutions Finland Oy.
