Visma Consulting Oy has acquired Vuealta Oy, Finland's leading consulting company specializing in Anaplan planning and analytics solutions. Founded in 2016, Vuealta Oy has delivered more than 80% of all Anaplan implementations in Finland.
Vuealta Oy provides Anaplan consulting and implementation services, as well as support, maintenance, and training services. The company was previously part of the international Anaplan service provider Vuealta Group. Through the acquisition, Visma Consulting further strengthens its position in the market for data-driven management consulting and software solutions. The transaction also significantly broadens the company's service offering and enhances its expertise.
