BDO and Midventum have joined forces

BDO’s international network of 95,000 experts, versatile service offering and strong industry expertise will provide the clients of Midventum with an access to a wide range of services covered by BDO’s extensive network of experts. BDO Corporate Finance and Transactions Team gains strong experience in financing arrangements as a founding member of Midventum, Marko Roukkula, will provide the new BDO Corporate Finance Team with extensive experience in financing arrangements.

Marko Roukkula has worked at Midventum since the company was established in 2008. In addition to founding Midventum, Roukkula has an extensive experience from different positions at OP Corporate Bank, latest as a Finance Director. Roukkula has a total of 20 years of experience in corporate transactions and financing arrangements, of which he worked around 15 years as an advisor. His special expertise in corporate transactions and financing arrangements has accumulated from assignments in several industries in both Finnish and international markets. Roukkula’s strength lies in versatile experience in several financing arrangements - he is best known for combining his extensive alternative direct lending experience with a strong background in entrepreneur-driven and family-owned companies.
